Menu Monday

I know I am a bit ahead of the game but I probably won't be blogging anymore this week so it's now or never. I am going to be drowning in weather reports and packing lists, see that ticker over there, yeah that one. Count them with me, 7, only 7 days to get stuff together for the trip of a lifetime.

Sunday- sweet and spicy kielbasa and rice
Monday- hamburger casserole and garlic bread
Tuesday- leftovers
Wednesday- chicken baseballs, squash and fruit
Thursday- turkey day (I'm not cooking)
Friday- leftovers and Iron Bowl game day snacks
Saturday- Who knows because Oh my goodness we leave tomorrow!
Sunday-Saturday- The finest cuisine Disney has to offer

16 Weeks Today

Doesn't look like much here....

but this picture tells a different story.

Knock on wood, I haven't thrown up lately and if I could kick the head cold I would probably feel good. Every doctor visit so far has been uneventful, just like I like them. The next one on December 16th, should reveal whether Hutch has a baby brother or a baby sister. I know you are all on the edge of your seats but just hang on a little longer. We still have no official name for either gender so any suggestions will be accepted and given the utmost consideration.

Tree Climbing Plus More

We have had some beautiful weather and very busy days. There have been several afternoons spent outside when we weren't running in circles. Thank goodness this week we have nowhere to be at all. I love school breaks!

Menu Mondays

Oh yeah I do provide food for this ever-expanding family. Lately though, I haven't been in a cooking mood. I blame my travelling hubby and Butterbean for making every meal I can think of make me gag. That has all passed and the weather is really cooling off so I am cooking again. This week is:

Monday: porcupine meatballs, corn, broccoli
Tuesday: chicken and wild rice casserole
Wednesday: lasagna (at church)
Thursday: sausage ring and fruit
Friday: taco soup and quesadillas

I am already hungry. Wait that is Butterbean's fault again. And if anybody wants to join in you can go here to get started.
